A Fractional Distillation Apparatus is designed for the efficient separation of complex liquid mixtures into their individual components based on differences in boiling points. We provide wide range of customized distillation systems assembled with the Jacketed Glass Reactor for Kilo Lab. It includes the condensers, vapor column, dean stark, reflux provision, add on and receiver vessels, phase separator, along with various valves placed at an appropriate distance, and all the other supporting metal structures. 

The Jacketed Glass Reactor is an advanced laboratory and industrial tool designed for chemical reactions, mixing, and crystallization under controlled conditions. Its double-layered jacket allows for the circulation of heating or cooling fluids, enabling precise temperature management within the reaction chamber.

Simple Distillation Assembly consists of a vessel mounted in a heating bath and fitted with a condenser for condensing the vapours. A receiver with drain valve can be added for receiving the condensate.

We are developing Glass Distillation Column Section in the industry. The glass of the distillation unit is transparent, basically borosilicate glass is used, which make it applicable for extraction, absorption and reaction purposes in wide segment of the market. The unit is fabricated using pipe sections and incorporating support plates. Fractional Distillation Assembly this is essentially a compact batch-type fractional distillation Assembly in which the reboiler consists of a vessel mounted in a heating bath and with a packed column above. The vapours from top is condensed and can be refluxed as per requirement. The top product is sub-cooled and collected in receivers.The bottom product is finally drained from the reboiler through a drain valve.
