GARG – JACKATED ( First time in world's glass ind.) ismanufactured up to a nominal capacity of 200 L .It is a system of two concentric vessels held together by flangeand seal arrangement. The end flexible seals absorb the differentexpansion levels and prevent high stresses of the innercomponent and the jacket by allowing the movement flexibilitybetween two due to thermal expansion.Fused Jacketed Glass Reactors are at a huge disadvantage incase of damage to the system due to mechanical impact are notrepairable and have to be discarded. While in our system, if perchance the inner vessel or outer vessel get damaged either isreplaceable adding to the longevity of the equipment.All our reactor systems are designed to keep L/D ratio withinstandard limits.Because of being a two component i.e. Vessel and Top coveragitators can be designed for maximum sweep for better mixing &turbulence with no vortex formation by very effective secondstage pitched blade agitator.

Heat exchangers provide optimum solution for all requirements encountered because of the w i d e r a n g e o f h e a texchangers available. This is as coil type heat exchangers, which are available as condensers, boilers and immersion heatexchangers and shell, & tube type heat exchangers, which are designed for use with tubes in widest possible range ofcorrosion resistant materials. The complete range of standard heat exchangers is described on following pages. Nonstandardcomponents can also be supplied as per your requirements.

Glass Jacketed Vessels for special applications, cylindrical vessels can be supplied with a jacket for heating or cooling. Jacket is sealed to the vessel with Viton 'O' ring and other sealing compositions. The seal prevents high stresses between vessel and jacket by allowing the movement flexibility between two due to thermal expansion. The temperature difference between jacket & vessel should not exceed 120°C.
